We wanted a matcha with profiles that stood out among the ingredients in a latte. At the same time, it should be smooth when traditionally prepared with hot water.
This is the result of months of testing, review, revision. We sought out the best tea farms in Kagoshima, Japan to create a blend unique to Central Matcha.
And we've done it. Our Classic Matcha is packaged in a vacuum-sealed, nitrogen-flushed tin for freshness (Great for gifts as well!) and is suited for both the matcha-curious as well as matcha veterans alike.
