Our Story

During my college years, I worked as a barista at the local coffee shop. New customers stopped by every day - each with unique stories and backgrounds. And everyday, we would carefully craft their favorite beverages while sharing meaningful conversations and friendly smiles.

It was the best job I’ve ever had.

And after each shift, I would prepare a cup of tea - heat the water, measure the tea, and wait for the leaves to bloom.  I put as much love and care into this personal ritual as I did with each and every drink at the shop. Tea became synonymous with a peaceful moment - a welcome ending to a productive day.

If our paths have ever crossed, you know it has always been a dream of mine to open a coffee and tea shop - to recreate and share those experiences.

Central Matcha is the first step towards that dream.
